      Our Company has been a part of the Carpenters’ ADR Program since January 2011.  Participation in the program is an essential piece of our workers' compensation risk management program.  All signatory contractors with the Carpenters’ Union have the opportunity to be a part of this program and each should consider membership - we believe that the program pays for itself.  We also believe the resolutions that come from the ADR program are beneficial to all parties and most important is that cases are handled quickly and efficiently. The ADR process keeps the “outside” costs down and focuses the resolution benefits on the injured worker. Great program! All signatory contractors should be a part of it.
